At Bormioli Rocco, we stand behind the Italian craftsmanship of our glassware and home products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the glassware in its original protective internal padding and outer box to ensure it arrives back to us without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
